Help us help Heart of Horse Sense!

On Tuesday, March 15, Sensibilities will donate 20% of its sales to Heart of Horse Sense, a grassroots non-profit organization that provides Therapeutic Horsemanship, including Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Therapeutic Riding and Natural Horsemanship, to veterans, their families and to at-risk youth.

Heart of Horse Sense will be the seventh cause to benefit from Sensibilities Cares — a quarterly fundraising program dedicated to giving back to the community. This unique non-profit allows individuals and at-risk youth within our community to receive therapeutic wellness through equine therapy while saving horses from abuse and neglect.

Help us help Heart of Horse Sense make a difference ... it's easy! Simply shop or book a massage, facial, body treatment, nail service, waxing service, combination of, or all of the above. Book your Sensibilities Cares March 15 appointment at either location today!

Downtown Parking Got You Down?

We know the feeling. You want to visit Downtown Asheville for a variety of reasons but it's nearly impossible to find a place to park. Here's a useful tool we just stumbled upon ... the "Where's Parking?" app. Receive real time updates on available parking spots in the Civic Center, Rankin, Wall Street and Biltmore Avenue parking decks. Check it out here: http://www.ashevillenc.gov/Departments/ParkingServices/FindParking.aspx. As an added bonus, we can also validate parking for you.

Don't have cash? Check out the Passport Parking App on your smart phone. You can pay for on-street metered parking with a credit or debit card. Just follow the instructions on the parking meters or click on the above link. It's quick and easy!

Help Us Welcome Amanda!

Amanda Hastings was born in Detroit, MI and spent the majority of her childhood growing up in various parts of Ohio. She moved to NC in 2009 and attended Appalachian State University. "My original interest in massage stems from my background in yoga and the biological sciences." After graduating with a degree in biology, "I chose to explore massage as a profession to empower and enliven clients on their path to health and wellness."

Amanda joined the Sensibilities Family in November 2015.
